The Republic Museum exhibits the early republican era revolutions in the middle of the capital city.
The design embodies the concept of 'recreation', capturing the rapid and transformative shift from the Ottoman era to the Turkish Republican era.
To support this concept, the interior design adopts principles of deconstructivism, reinterpreting existing forms into new, dynamic compositions. This approach not only highlights Turkish architectural and cultural evolution but also creates a stimulating environment that celebrates innovation and change.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

The main design line evolves into a 3D experience created by continuous walls throughout the floors.

The Lörcher Ankara City Plan was analyzed through a deconstructivist approach by fragmenting the map to reveal significant urban nodes. These nodes were identified based on the city’s primary centers and their spatial influence. Connecting them established the project’s main guiding line, forming the foundation of the design strategy.
Main guiding line was then studied on the plan. Further deconstuction of this line produced triangular forms that defined the project's spatial areas.
